Description
How to use:
• Wet a clean eyeliner brush with water. Make sure the brush is damp but not soaking wet.
• Gently swirl the damp brush onto the cake liner until you achieve your desired consistency (Ideally, it should resemble melted ice-cream).
• Begin applying the liner to your eyelid as close to the lash line as possible. Use short, precise strokes to achieve your desired line thickness and shape. You can gradually build up the intensity by layering the liner. (If you make any mistakes or want to sharpen the line, use a pointed cotton swab or a thin makeup brush dipped in water fo clean up and refine the edges.)
• Pressed glitters need to be applied directly on to the desired area of face/body.

Once opened use within 18 months.
