- You will need: h2o liner, a brush and water only
- Optional: before activating the product, scrape the product onto a makeup palette
- Wet makeup brush with water
- Use the wet brush and mix it into the h2o liner product
- Mix VERY WELL and apply once a creamy consistency is achieved (like melted ice-cream). Wet brush further and continue mixing if needed
- Let the product fully air dry before storing away!

I am absolutely obsessed with this brand.
I first tried them out through a friend’s recommendation and bought their pot liners (shade ‘Wine’) and a fruit bundle
I was so happy with the quality of the color since it was super pigmented and didn’t budge throughout my day (7am – 3.30 pm)

I’m obsessed with eyeliner and this palette has everything I need!! The 60 shades make me so happy because there’s so much variety, no just in shades but in the type of liner. There are shimmers with mattes and even a neon orange- it’s the perfect palette.
