- You will need: h2o liner, a brush and water only
- Optional: before activating the product, scrape the product onto a makeup palette
- Wet makeup brush with water
- Use the wet brush and mix it into the h2o liner product
- Mix VERY WELL and apply once a creamy consistency is achieved (like melted ice-cream). Wet brush further and continue mixing if needed
- Let the product fully air dry before storing away!
Ingredients: Water, Calcium Carbonate, Acacia Senegal Gum, Glycerin, May contain:
Iron Oxide (CI77491), Titanium Dioxide (C177891), FD&C Yellow 5 (CH19140), FD&C Red 40 (C116035) FD&C Blue I (CI42090), Ultramarines (C177007), D&C Red 7 (C115850), and Non Toxic Fluorescent Pigments.

Hey I received my parcel today, I was so excited for it but must say it lived up to my expectations. I have h20 liners from a local page too so I was curious to see what’s the difference.
There is a clear difference bro, liners are so creamy and pigmented.
